Adesa leads with upstream defleet remarketing mobile technology

Time 12:02 pm, April 20, 2017

ADESA has launched its upstream remarketing mobile technology platform that provides the earliest possible access to vehicles as soon as a contract ends.

Through a growing partnership with Arval and newly formed relationship with Motability Operations, Adesa’s upstream platform will now offer a significantly increased volume of fresh used vehicles daily. This will provide dealers with a reliable source of quality stock with a good mix of age, mileage and specification supported by accurate descriptions and quality images.

Adesa’s upstream technology is built on the TradeRev mobile app platform, which enables sellers to appraise and upload vehicles for sale within minutes. It also allows buyers to take part in daily e-auctions with live bidding on a broad variety of vehicles. Buyers can also set personalised preferences on what they view, and Adesa’s guaranteed, no-quibble returns policy provides enhanced peace of mind.

Jonathan Holland, managing director of Adesa in the UK, said: ‘Adesa’s ability to offer these much-sought-after used cars gives dealers a first opportunity to access a rich mix of quality stock to meet customer demand. Our model is a proven and credible alternative to more traditional remarketing channels and provides buyers with a cost-effective, convenient and efficient solution.’
