Brett Ward joins iVendi as head of online motor retailing

BRETT Ward has been appointed to the newly-created position of head of online retailing at iVendi.

Widely experienced in motor industry digital marketing, his role will be to help dealers and others adopt an online retailing model using iVendi’s new release of its core platform, which forms an innovative end-to-end online motor retailing solution.

Brett joins from Harwoods Group, where he was group marketing manager. Previous positions include regional digital account manager at Manheim and several other roles with motor retailers.


He also has exeperince launching an Amazon Web Services business working along side the internet giant to help large scale, non-profit organisations in the UK make the most of their data, storage and security needs.

Ward said: ‘This is a very exciting time to be joining iVendi. The way in which the product range has been developed means we will very soon be in a position to deliver an off-the-shelf car retailing platform that is suitable for everyone from major groups to independents.

‘This is very probably not just a first in the UK market but worldwide and something that we expect to gain a lot of attention.’


CEO James Tew said: ‘We have known Brett as an iVendi customer for a number of years and can vouch for his drive, industry knowledge and technical expertise. He is the right person to be driving forward this key product development.’
