Time 9:05 am, November 28, 2019

CARSHOP is to open its 10th store this coming Saturday when its Bristol showroom goes live with some 600 vehicles on display.

The seven-acre site in Bolingbroke Way has cost the used car supermarket group £14m and will be its third store in the region, alongside Swindon and Cardiff.

The store has created 65 jobs and will also offer vehicle servicing.

Carl Jackson, head of business at CarShop Bristol, said: ‘I am so excited to be bringing the CarShop experience to Bristol.

‘We have a fantastic team, a great range of cars on offer and a brand-new drive-in service centre, the first of its kind for CarShop. We are looking forward to opening our doors and working with the Bristol community.

‘CarShop Bristol will be a one-stop shop for car buying, selling and servicing. Our team are dedicated to getting customers in the right car for their budget. When it comes to financing vehicles, we work with a range of lenders in order to get the best deal for our customers.’

Jonathan Dunkley, chief executive of CarShop, said: ‘We are delighted to announce a new store in Bristol and proud to be generating exciting new career opportunities to residents of the city and surrounding areas.

‘Car buyers in and around Bristol will now have better access to our convenient, friendly and guided buying experience and more than 9,000 cars across the UK. CarShop offers an award-winning digital and car-buying experience which we can’t wait to bring to Bristol.’

BTCC star Aiden Moffat will be at the store on December 5 to celebrate the opening and welcome customers, pose for photos and sign autographs.
