ONE thing that a dealership would be nothing without is people! CDX is the perfect place to celebrate everything that is great about car dealerships.

Now we’re asking for you to vote for those unsung heroes in your dealership and give them the recognition they deserve.

Vote for your Unsung Heroes here!

Last year we held our first ever Woman of the Year award and handed over the top prize to Beth Constantine of Allams Skoda.

We were able to surprise Constantine with the award at the event in Silverstone, last May. Her colleagues called her an inspiration and told us that she had turned their business around in the five years she had worked there.

As the winner we asked her to join our Women in the Motor Industry panel that also took place at CDX17 too.

On the day, she told Car Dealer: ‘I am totally overwhelmed at being recognised, nominated and then going on to win this new award. I will share this award with my staff at Allams Skoda, as they help and encourage me as much as I help and encourage them.’

We are asking for your nominations for the four people in your dealership who have made a difference but never look for recognition or praise, these being – the Woman of the Year, the Man of the Year, the Longest Service and Trainee of the Year.

We were so impressed with the calibre of entrants and kind words from those who nominated, that we wanted to find out about more people who make a difference every day in your business and never ask for anything in return.

To enter someone all you need to do is click this link. It’s as simple as telling us who they are, what you’re nominating them for and why you think they deserve to win.

Our winners will be invited to accept their awards on stage at CDX 2018 at Manchester Central. To get your free tickets follow this link.
