Trust Group challenges visitors to take on an Olympian

Time 8:12 am, April 15, 2014

trust-logoTRUST Group UK is offering people the chance to win VIP tickets to the Tour de France – if they are willing to take on Olympic champion cyclist Ed Clancy.

Anyone wishing to take part must make a donation to Cancer Research UK, big or small, and complete a time trial at any of the Trust Group dealerships between 16th and 25th April.

The final showdown will take place against the gold medal winner at the Trust Škoda Wolverhampton dealership on 26th April.

The top riders from each dealership will then compete in heats to race against Clancy.

The two fastest riders will each win a VIP hospitality package to an alpine stage of this year’s Tour de France, which takes place between 5th and 27th July.

They will also get to ride with a previous winner of the Tour de France, watch the race from a helicopter and drive to the finish line in a Škoda.

Andrew Hockedy, managing director of Trust Group UK, said: “It’s a great cause so come down, post your time on our leader board and see how good you are.”

Trust Group UK, which has three dealerships based in the Midlands selling Volkswagens and Škoda, is also offering those entering the competition a chance to win a Škoda Rapid Spaceback.

Once they have completed their time trial they simply have to fill out a form guessing six features and prioritising them 1 to 6. The entrant who guesses correctly will drive away in a brand new Škoda!
