TRADE PLATES TV, the video channel for Car Dealer Magazine, will broadcast today at the new time of 6PM due to popular demand.
The panel will be made up of Volkswagen franchise director at Martins Group Andrew Railton and Scott Shilcock from premium used car dealership Prestige Diesels and Sports Ltd.
Lawgistics legal advisor Nona Bowkis will also be answering your questions about alternative dispute resolution (ADR) during the show. ADR is the term for resolving disputes with your customers without going to court, although it is sometimes also referred to as mediation, conciliation or arbitration. Martins Group, based in Hampshire and Surrey, was seen in its first incarnation over 100 years ago and now has franchises for Volkswagen, Renault, Nissan and Peugeot.
The Group is currently going through a time of redevelopment at its Camberley site, bringing them into line with the latest Volkswagen retail environment. Railton has a wealth of experience in the motor trade. He will be talking about these changes as well as sharing his thoughts on our other topics.
