SEAN Kent has been promoted to become head of account management at The Warranty Group, responsible for all of the company’s non-motor manufacturer clients and relationships in the UK.

He joined TWG in 2008 as a senior underwriter and has since held a number of key roles, having previously worked at EWC Insurance Services and Homeserve.

At TWG, he has been fundamentally involved in the creation and management of the RAC Dealer Network and is also involved with large dealer groups, car supermarkets, Kwik-fit and Santander.

He said: ‘TWG is in an excellent position in the dealer sector at the moment and has been seeing substantial annual growth for some time, creating innovative products that meet the changing needs of dealers and car buyers.

‘I’m really pleased to be taking up this position while the company is in such good shape and playing my part in driving forward its future development.’

Justin Woodman, VP Automotive Europe at TWG, said: ‘Sean has proven his abilities by delivering excellent results over recent years and we are sure that he will thrive in this new role.’
