Time 8:12 am, March 30, 2015

Frances LawrenceIVENDI has appointed its first ever chief finance and compliance officers as the company continues to grow.

Frances Lawrence, pictured, has been named as CFO. After beginning her career at Ernst and Young, including spending some time in Silicon Valley, she now acts as CFO to a number of growing companies including GenieConnect and LBS Innovation.

Kirsten Cutler is the compliance officer. She started her career with RBS as a mortgage underwriter as well as working in fraud, litigation, complaints and risk. More recently, she has been involved in compliance for the instalment loans market.

James Tew, CEO at iVendi, explained that the appointments were an indication of the speed at which the company was expanding.

He said: ‘In recent months, we have signed a number of deals with car portals, major dealer groups and finance providers for our online finance tools that will see us grow very quickly indeed during 2015.

‘These new appointments are being made to provide the additional infrastructure we need as this expansion starts to get underway, and we are very pleased to welcome Frances and Kirsten on board.’
