#UCAwards: Who will be taking home a coveted trophy on November 30?

Car Dealer Magazine’s Used Car Awards in association with Blackhorse are just around the corner, and if the success of previous events is anything to go by, it will be an unmissable occasion for anyone in the motor trade.

This year we have seen more nominations than ever across the award categories, and the Car Dealer team and awards host Mike Brewer, have been hard at work narrowing down the nominees.

Dealers were scored on their performance during mystery shopping – those who failed to respond to an enquiry were automatically disqualified, and those that did were judged on helpfulness, politeness and whether or not they provided a timely response.

You can find the shortlist of seven nominees for each award below. Our judging panel has now turned to online customer feedback and the second round of mystery shopping to whittle this list down to five finalists.

The winner of each award will be announced on the night, along with the two highly commended firms announced in each category.
