Jemca will now use HPI products, including the company’s NMR investigations, Dealer Exchange stock locator and online publisher, and Driveaway short-term insurance cover.

The retailer has six Toyota and three Lexus sites, with superior customer care an emphasis at all. That’s why they chose HPI, says group operations director David Collis.

‘The range of services offered by HPI stood it apart from the competition. The service provides our customers with a new level of customer care, which were are constantly committed to supplying.’

‘HPI’s Driveaway allows us to offer our customers instant cover, so they can drive their purchase straight off the forecourt with seven day free insurance cover. This, coupled with the best quality vehicle checks, makes it an unbeatable package for securing peace of mind for our customers.’

‘Our dealers will further benefit from Dealer Exchange, allowing them to upload stock quickly and easily, expanding our marketing opportunities at the click of a button.’

‘This is a key win for HPI,’ said director of automotive at the firm, David Burgess.

‘We continue to develop a complementary suite of products and services designed to help dealers provide their customers with added value. Our experience, combined with our innovative approach to the needs of today’s dealers, continues to make it a name they can trust.’
