DEALER group Inchcape has been named the 17th Best Big Company to Work For by The Sunday Times, making the top 25 for the second year in a row.
The list is based on the views of employees and ranked by key indicators of staff engagement including leadership, wellbeing and personal growth. The survey is widely regarded by businesses as one of the most extensive researches into employee engagement carried out in the UK.
Inchcape UK were commended in their staff feedback for the support they offered in accessing coaching, mentoring and professional opportunities at work in the last year, as well as the importance the Group placed on helping local charities.
