1.jpgRENAULT Wednesbury service centre has just been awarded a Public Assurance Licence.

Part of Thatcham’s BSi Kitemark scheme – PAS 125 – the award recognises the centre’s high standards of safety when repairing accident-damaged cars.

This means safer cars for customers. It also helps impress insurers; Renault Wednesbury is already closely linked with companies such as esure, Sheila’s Wheels, Equity and Hastings.

Obtaining the award means more chance of those big boys putting work the West Midlands centre’s way. It is required by all leading insurance companies as a part of their work provider agreements.

The centre sits alongside seven other approved Renault accident repair specialists within the Renault Retail Group – Manchester, Liverpool, Wirral, Cardiff, London West, London City and Beddington Farm service centre.

Matt Morris, manager of Renault Wednesbury service centre, said: ‘It’s great to achieve such a highly-recognised accreditation and all of our staff have worked incredibly hard to reach it. We’re also delighted to be a working partner with leading quality insurance companies such as esure.

‘Insurance companies, together with Renault Retail Group, demand very high standards of customer satisfaction. The Thatcham BSI Kitemark PAS 125 licence will be the foundation for that in the future.’
