Bridford’s web revamp

bridford1.jpgBRIDFORD Financial Solutions has a new website. It’s been a year in development.

And is the latest enhancement to a company which, despite the credit crunch, is booming. ‘The people we deal with are simply not affected by the credit crunch,’ said company boss, Tim Marlow. That’s how rich they are…

The website has been designed to raise brand awareness, and also to provide a classy-looking, high-quality dealer-facing image to the high-end world Bridford Financial Solutions is part of. Luxury is all in this exalted sector, and every piece of the puzzle has to reflect top-end standards.

So how does it work? Well, as Bridford is all about bespoke finance, this ethos is reflected in the site. ‘Basically, there are no firms to fill in. We simply ask people to enter their contact details, which we use to get back to them straight away. Our office promises to call them back for a one-to-one chat, immediately.

‘This is a bespoke business, and thus our service have to be, too.’

Marlow says the company looked closely at every aspect of the site. ‘We were keen to remove all confusion and strip it clear of meaningless blurb. What you see reflects our clear and straightforward approach.’

And it’s part of a large redesign for the company. Bridford Financial Solutions has focused on adopting a cleaner, higher end approach throughout the business, to help further develop its service to dealers – and, subsequently, the offer they’re able to give to clients.

‘Our finance is a cut above. The new site brings our dealer-facing look into line with the way our entire business has gone forward. It’s what separates us from the others.’

That’s why Marlow is able to boast so many personal referrals. ‘Dealers like the way we work, and often, we find new lines of business come through recommendations from existing clients.’

But Marlow is also looking to develop the business in other ways, too. As luxury and lifestyle go hand in hand, so too is the finance man looking to expand upon a series of lifestyle events he’s conduced in his local town, Skipton. The company plans these will quickly expand into all areas of high society.

‘We even have an involvement in the NCH fashion show – where we promised that, if any of the celebrities there took out a quote with Bridford, we’d donate money to the children’s charity.’ Proving that the super-rich have a decent side, too.
