The ‘real time’ used car trading network wants to recruit 100 dealers to test out its latest website – and everyone is being encouraged to get in touch for consideration.
‘We have spent 18 months developing this all-new website and are very proud of it” said Autotrade-mail director, Kevin Watson.
‘A great deal of time has been given to creating a pleasing new interface for our members, whilst at the same time retaining the familiarity and effective simplicity that they have enjoyed over the years.’
Watson admits that the old site was, after nine years, becoming rather code-heavy. What worked in 1999 doesn’t necessarily do the business today.
With the new site, he promises new features, delivered at a faster pace. ‘Many of these new features are already developed but being held back for the time being, to allow our members time to adapt to the subtle changes we have made.’
