HENDY Group recently showed its worth to the local golfing community, by sponsoring a Pro-Am tournament.
The event, held at Stoneham Golf Club, hosted nearly 50 teams – something Hendy MD Paul Hendy said was a resounding success.
‘We were delighted to be part of such a prestigious event,’ said Hendy – and, in marking a special anniversary for the golf club, added: ‘It was a great way to celebrate the centenary of the club, and everyone had a great day.’’
Strengthening its links with golfers in this way proves business and pleasure can sometimes be mixed.
