Customer Service Advisor – Jaguar Land Rover Contact Centre

An exciting opportunity has arisen for Customer Service Advisors to accompany the continued growth and expansion of our Jaguar Land Rover Contact Centre

The role is a hybrid remote working from home role but you would be expected to make he occasion commute to our base situated at our group Head office near Fosse park. The Contact Centre team are responsible for handling numerous customer queries ranging from customers looking to secure a booking for repair work on their vehicles to customers requesting for costs on servicing

You will be responsible for handling each customer query with care and attention to detail as well as being capable of achieving set targets and productivity levels required within a Contact Centre environment

Previous experience within a Contact Centre environment is not essential as full training will be provided. We are looking for someone who is committed to providing excellent customer service to customers with high expectations. Also, someone who can work well under pressure in a very busy and ever changing environment

Finally, to assist in making this venture a success you must possess a positive outlook and also hold a solid track record in terms of reliability
