An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our marketing department as Marketing Manager overseeing the Aftersales marketing activities for Lloyd Motor Group.
Lloyd Motor Group is a highly successful family-owned business established in 1976. We now employ nearly 1,000 people across our twenty-seven Retail and Service Centres. We are one of the market leaders in the automotive industry, holding the franchises of global brands BMW, MINI, Land Rover, Jaguar, Volvo and KIA.
Based in Carlisle and reporting to the Head of Marketing, you’ll be responsible for increasing awareness, engagement and lead generation as we look to continue growing our business across Aftersales. You’ll work on delivering high-quality marketing campaigns through collaboration with internal teams, suppliers and our manufacturer partners.
This role is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Marketing Manager, or Marketing Executive, looking to progress their career and advance within a well-established company and alongside some global brands.
Experience in the automotive industry would be advantageous. However, working well in a busy retail environment, being a strong team player and having a passion for excellence are more important attributes.
You’ll work closely with all our manufacturer partners to ensure their national programmes fit seamlessly into our wider aftersales communications strategy and retains the maximum number of customers for our retailers.
You’ll have experience of working across multi-media marketing campaigns, data and analytics and have the ability to communicate and validate the information. You’ll be a confident communicator and enjoy working with the wider Lloyd Motor Group team. You’ll have experience managing stakeholders and building relationships at all levels.
You’ll be organised and adaptable with a rationale approach and meticulous attention to detail.
This is a busy and fast-paced role, so you’ll be process-driven and commercially astute.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to make a real difference and support the business to succeed with its ambitions for the future.
You must possess a full UK driving licence as there will be travel required across our Retail Centres and to supplier meetings when necessary.
