Responsibilities:

  • Full ownership of the development, functionality and continuous improvement of the company website
  • Analysing and understanding user behaviour, site interaction, highlighting opportunities to increase traffic levels, improve engagement and enhance conversion rates/leads generated
  • Work closely with the marketing team to ensure that the website aligns with brand strategy and business objectives and all offers advertised are correct and up-to-date
  • Oversee delivery of SEO site optimisation tools to understand responsiveness and produce an A/B testing plan, including website error reports, taking appropriate actions where necessary
  • Create engaging digital content, including assets and copy
  • Perform ongoing keyword research and optimisation to maximise organic traffic and improve the relevant ranking for key deliverables
  • Management of Group and brand Social Media profiles producing engaging content and increasing follower numbers
  • Reputation management, responding to customer feedback through Google My Business and social channels, with monthly reporting
  • Monthly KPI reporting and performance analysis of all website and digital campaign activity
  • Build strong relationships with website provider and 3rd party suppliers
  • Ensure all digital activity and data management is FCA and GDPR compliant

Key Requirements:

  • Minimum 5+ years of digital marketing experience, including website management and experience of working with CMS systems
  • Working knowledge of SEO, Google PPC, Content, HTML, Coding, Paid Social, digital marketing, ecommerce Google Analytics, website design, social advertising, email marketing and digital communications
  • Able to deliver multiple projects to agreed deadlines and targets
  • Strong use of analytics to direct and develop digital campaigns
  • Able to create detailed reports on performance and project achievements
  • Awareness of immediate and long-term digital strategies
  • Management experience to support, develop and manage one direct report
  • Be a confident communicator with great interpersonal skills
