The Role

Marshall Motor Group are currently recruiting for a Customer Service Representative to join our business and assist in ensuring our customer database is accurate and updated. Reporting to the Contact Centre Manager.



  • Contact customers to book routine service and MOT’s
  • Contact customers to complete satisfaction surveys
  • To promote the brands products and services
  • To bring customer concerns to the attention of affected managers
  • To be professional and courteous to all customers and fellow colleagues


Required Skills and Experience

Whilst it isn’t necessary to have previous experience, we’d love to hear from people who have experience in a busy call centre environment. You will be able to demonstrate: 

  • A commitment to the Marshall Values of People, Customers, Integrity and Innovation
  • A confident telephone manner
  • Fantastic customer service skills
