Carbase are looking for a new PDI Technician to join our Avonmouth Preparation Centre.

Job Purpose

To carry out Pre Delivery Inspections to a high standard and work within a team of PDI technicians to produce a certain number of quality inspected vehicles a day.

Role Responsibilities

* Carry out PDI’s on a wide range of used cars at a large preparation site

* Maintaining a safe and productive work environment

* Ensuring that all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and thoroughly

* Following assignments through to completion, meeting deadlines and delivering on promises

* Work efficiently, with a keen eye for detail.

Essential Qualification, skills and experience

* The Ideal PDI Technician will have some time served experience within in Vehicle Mechanics, have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude, and willingness to work as part of an effective team.

* Relevant qualification in light vehicle maintenance and repairs and/or time served vehicle technician

* Ideally you will hold a full UK driving licence

* Be able to work to deadlines and maintain a consistent level of performance
