We are currently looking for an experienced Administrator to join a busy, highly motivated Admin Team at our flagship Derby Dealership!

What Will You Be Doing?

Every day duties will include:

* Maintaining accurate sales department records and systems

* Ensuring all documentation is stored, processed and archived in accordance with Pentagon Motor Group Policies and Procedures

* Processing paperwork relating to Vehicle Sales from the Sales Executives, including Purchase Paperwork, Registration and Licensing Documentation, Finance Contracts and Invoicing

* Following Procedures in Accordance with the Data Protection Act to protect computerized records

* Promptly attending to customers needs, enhancing the reputation of the Pentagon Motor Group

Who Are We Looking for?

The ideal candidate MUST be;

* From a strong administration background

* Highly organised with excellent planning skills

* A fluent communicator via email, telephone and face to face

* Results focused and mindful of deadlines

* Flexible and precise with high levels of accuracy.

* Able to demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude and team player mentality

* Computer literate particularly in Excel and email.

Previous experience working in a Sales Administration role, or in registering finance and warranty products would be a distinct advantage for this role.
