  • One-to-one consumer retail sales
  • Customer handling
  • Full UK driving licence.
  • Knowledge and Skills; Retail Finance & Insurance products
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong organisational and prioritisation skills.
  • Computer literate

  • Formal qualification in Sales (ie NVQ)

The Role

  • Deliver outstanding service for every customer, going the extra mile for everyone.
  • Build and maintain lasting relationships with customers, both in the showroom and on the telephone.
  • Provide right package for the customer, from finance to insurance products to paint protection with consistent professionalism.
  • Go out of your way to get customers excited about our incredible range of used cars.
  • Communicate with your customers, from the order to delivery of vehicles and keep them informed every step of the way.
  • Meet and exceed your monthly sales aspirations. Always make the customer experience the best experience they’ve ever had.
  • Excel as a dynamic team player to make sure the whole sales team monthly aspirations are met ahead of deadlines.

You will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent customer handling skills, this is a full-time position working a fixed five days out of seven days (Weekend work essential).
