Main Purpose of Role: 

To deliver impactful and world class value to Martec clients, by showing how to implement fresh, new, thought provoking ideas.

Key tasks and responsibilities: 

• To create positive change for all delegates, trained and coached through demonstration 

• To introduce fresh ideas and best advice techniques, that helps improve confidence and deliver increased volumes and profit for our clients

• To introduce and coach clients on EnquirySuccess™ and Martec training & coaching programmes 

• To establish personal development and action plans for every customer facing delegate, based on the results gained 

• To coach professional customer handling techniques that will secure higher customer satisfaction and encourage delegates and clients to become customers for life 

• To maintain and be accountable for some client portfolio accounts, sufficient to generate a revenue for the company 

• To identify and appoint for presentation future clients, sufficient to generate reasonable growth for our database and additional programmes 

• To coach and help other trainers on an ongoing basis by mentoring each other, working in collaboration 

• Other reasonable duties that may be required by the company from time to time 

Standards of performance:

• Accountability for a set portfolio of retailer clients 

• Achievement and maintenance of client appointment rates, of greater than 50% in inbound sales and 60% in service ‘technical update’ conversations 

• Creation of new sales appointments, based on annually agreed Targets and Business ambitions 

• To continually deliver PROUD days for Martec (Passionate, Relentless, Organised, Unique and Dynamic) 

• To represent the company in a professional manner
