LEXUS (GB) has appointed Belinda Poole as director with overall responsibility for all operations in Great Britain.
Belinda joined Lexus (GB) last week from the Lexus Europe Division which she joined in 2005, holding the positions of senior manager, Lexus marketing communications and media and more recently general manager Lexus Operations.
Prior to this Belinda worked for Ford Motor Company which she joined in 1988 working in various global positions which included managing director for the Czech and Slovak Republics.
Belinda said: ‘I am looking forward to working with a highly motivated, passionate and professional group of people both within Lexus (GB) and the Lexus Centre network.
‘Lexus is in a unique position with the most comprehensive line up of hybrid vehicles in the world and firmly at the forefront of developing this technology for future products.’
Belinda succeeds Steve Settle who moved to the new position of director, Customer Services in January 2008.
