Denis Houston is the new man, after previous incumbent Barry Everett retired.

Houston has been promoted from aftersales general manager, a role he’d held since 2004. He joined the company back in 2001, as national aftersales manager: he brings with him a wealth of experience to the role.

He’ll oversee both technical services, and the parts and accessories divisions of Suzuki GB.

‘Barry’s dedication to technical services for over a decade has meant that we have a solid base on which to develop the aftersales division, which is a fundamental part of our business,’ said Houston.

‘Furthermore, it will play an important role in our strategy to maximise dealer profitability through customer retention, and we will continue to ensure that we provide a service which surpasses the expectations of our customers.’
