1. Promoter
This prize draw is organised by Blackball Media Ltd (“the Promoter”), publishers of Car Dealer Magazine.

2. Eligibility
2.1 The competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over.
2.2 Employees of the Promoter and their immediate families, as well as anyone professionally connected with the competition, are not eligible to enter. This includes employees of suppliers and advertisers on Car Dealer Magazine.
2.3 Only one entry per person is permitted.

3. How to Enter
3.1 To enter the prize draw, participants must complete the Car Dealer Power 2026 survey and submit a valid email address at the point of entry.
3.2 No purchase is necessary.
3.3 Entries must be received before the stated closing date of the survey. Late or incomplete entries will not be accepted.

4. Use of Personal Data
4.1 The email address provided will be used solely for the purpose of administering the prize draw and contacting winners.
4.2 Participants may opt in to receive the Promoter’s daily newsletter by ticking the relevant box during entry.
4.3 Personal data will be handled in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

5. Prizes
5.1 One (1) first prize winner will receive an Apple Watch Series 11 (42mm), with colour assigned at random. The prize has an approximate value of £369.
5.2 Two (2) runner-up winners will each receive a set of Apple AirPods 4, each with an approximate value of £119.
5.3 A total of three (3) prizes will be awarded.
5.4 Prizes are non-transferable, non-refundable, and no cash alternative will be offered.
5.5 The Promoter reserves the right to substitute a prize with another of equal or greater value if necessary.

6. Winner Selection and Notification
6.1 Winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries.
6.2 Winners will be notified via the email address provided within a reasonable timeframe after the closing date of June 11 2026.
6.3 If a winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

7. Delivery of Prizes
7.1 Prizes will be dispatched to winners within a reasonable timeframe following confirmation of acceptance.
7.2 The Promoter is not responsible for any delays or issues arising from delivery services.

8. General
8.1 The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, amend, or suspend the competition where necessary due to circumstances beyond its control.
8.2 By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
8.3 These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom.
