The Paris Motor Show is underway, with manufacturers pulling the covers off a host of new cars and concepts at one of Europe’s biggest automotive events.

This year’s show has already seen several famous names revived, with brands looking to their past for inspiration as they preview what could be heading into dealerships in the coming years.

Electric cars are once again a major theme, although there are still some surprises, including a V6-powered Alfa Romeo and a new estate car from Vauxhall.

From futuristic concepts to production-ready models, here’s everything that’s been revealed at the 2026 Paris Motor Show so far.

We’ll be updating this story throughout the day as more cars are unveiled.

Alfa Romeo Cuorerosso

Alfa Romeo has taken inspiration from its classic 2+2 sports cars for the Cuorerosso concept, combining traditional Italian styling with some more modern touches.

Among the familiar features are the brand’s distinctive ‘teledial’ alloy wheels and large shield-shaped grille, while power comes from a hybrid V6 based on the engine found in the Giulia Quadrifoglio.

One of the more unusual details is the illuminated front grille, which Alfa says can pulse like a heartbeat.

Peugeot E-T16 Concept

Peugeot has brought back memories of the legendary 205 T16 with its new E-T16 Concept, although this time the performance comes entirely from electric motors.

The striking concept uses three motors – two at the rear and one at the front – producing a combined 805bhp.

Peugeot claims it can accelerate from 0-186mph in just 16 seconds, while still offering up to 249 miles of electric range.

It also says the E-T16 can complete three full-power laps of the Nürburgring without needing to recharge.

Alpine Vision A310

Alpine has turned to another of its historic models for inspiration, revealing the Vision A310 concept in Paris.

The new car takes styling cues from the original A310 sports car but sits on the same platform that will underpin the forthcoming electric replacement for the A110.

Aerodynamics are a major focus, with a range of active features designed to improve performance and stability.

These include movable sections at the rear of the car, which can extend at higher speeds to help keep it planted on the road.

Vauxhall STX Concept

Vauxhall has unveiled an estate car concept at a time when SUVs and crossovers continue to dominate the new car market.

Called the STX, short for Sports Tourer eXperimental, the concept is also the first Vauxhall to feature the manufacturer’s recently redesigned Griffin badge.

Details remain limited, although Vauxhall has confirmed an all-wheel-drive system and a top speed of 124mph.

Whether the STX will lead to a production model has yet to be confirmed.

DS F3VER

DS has offered a possible glimpse of its next-generation small car with the F3VER concept, which could preview a future replacement for the DS 3.

The electric concept promises what DS describes as ‘class-leading’ range, although the manufacturer has yet to reveal an official figure.

It also has a 400-litre boot, which would put it among the more practical models in the small car segment.

2CV

Citroen 2CV and Forgonnette

One of the biggest attractions in Paris is likely to be Citroen’s modern interpretation of the famous 2CV.

The French manufacturer has revived the spirit of its much-loved small car with a lightweight concept packed with quirky features.

These include a removable radio that doubles as a portable speaker and a central storage compartment designed to resemble a wicker picnic basket.

Citroen has also revealed a more practical version called the Forgonnette, which transforms the concept into a compact electric van.

The two concepts offer a look at how the manufacturer could bring one of its most recognisable designs into the electric age.

Fiat Multiplay

Fiat has revived the spirit of the famously unconventional Multipla with a new concept called the Multiplay.

Described as a ‘3 in 1’ vehicle, the newcomer focuses on flexibility, with a cabin that can be rearranged to suit different needs.

A movable rear module allows the vehicle to switch between a seven-person ‘6+1’ layout and a four-seat pick-up configuration with an open load bed.

It is a modern take on the practicality that made the original Multipla stand out, although there is no confirmation yet of production plans.

Leapmotor B03

While many manufacturers are using Paris to showcase futuristic concepts, Leapmotor has arrived with something much closer to the showroom.

The B03 is a compact electric car offering up to 242 miles of range, with practicality a key part of its appeal.

Among its features is a 90-litre storage compartment beneath the rear boot floor, which Leapmotor calls the ‘Leap Box’.

It also comes with vehicle-to-load technology, allowing owners to use the car’s battery to power external electrical equipment, from kettles to air pumps.

Smart #2

Smart is returning to its roots with the new #2, a compact electric city car inspired by the original Smart models of the early 2000s.

The new arrival follows the brand’s recent move towards larger vehicles and brings back the tiny dimensions that made its early cars so distinctive.

Despite its compact size, Smart claims the #2 will offer up to 180 miles of range on a single charge.

It also features a split tailgate, another nod to the original city car.
