Snows Motor Group has announced a new charity partnership with Southampton Football Club’s Saints Foundation as the family-run dealer group prepares to celebrate 65 years in business.

The retailer has become the first organisation to be named a Premium Plus Patron of the football club’s official charity, which supports disadvantaged people and communities across Southampton.

The partnership will see Snows take part in fundraising activities and community projects, with employees encouraged to spend time away from their dealerships to get involved.

Snows has also been named Official Event Partner for the foundation’s 25th anniversary celebrations, which will run from October 2026 until June 2027.

The timing coincides with the dealer group’s own milestone, with Snows set to mark its 65th anniversary in 2027.

The business was founded in Southampton in 1962 and has since grown into a major motor retailer operating across southern and south-west England.

The announcement follows Snows chairman and CEO Stephen Snow becoming a Patron Saint of the foundation in his own right.

Speaking about the partnership, Snow said: ‘Southampton is where Snows began 65 years ago and we couldn’t be more delighted to be working closely with Saints Foundation.

‘My work with Saints Foundation is a natural extension of our company’s core family values and I am delighted to be involved, championing the communities that have supported us as a local business for decades.’

The Saints Foundation uses its connection with Southampton FC to deliver programmes aimed at helping people overcome challenges, develop skills and access opportunities.

Jazz Bhatti, head of partnerships at Saints Foundation, welcomed the dealer group’s involvement.

She said: ‘As a local charity, we rely on a wide variety of partners to help us with our vital work across the fantastic city of Southampton.

‘We are very lucky to have a number of valued companies and organisations in our corner, and there is no doubt that the support we receive from Snows is crucial to our continuing success.’

The two organisations are now planning a programme of activities and fundraising events to mark their respective anniversaries.
