AION Auto UK and its dealer partners have opened the first showrooms in the UK this week.
The launch of the new Chinese brand took place on Friday with its first showroom in Slough. This site is a joint venture between Jameel Motors and, owner of AION, GAC International.
This was soon followed by its other partners, giving a total of nine showrooms from this week.
In the north, JCT600 opened its AION showroom in Leeds, Richard Hardie in Newcastle, and Right Car in Beverley.
Martins Group has opened its AION showroom in Winchester, along with Sailhouse Cars in Shrewsbury and Speedwells join in Newton Abbott.
In Wales, there are two new AION showrooms from Waylands Automotive in Cardiff and Bassetts in Swansea.
At the celebration event at the new flagship dealership in Slough, Jack Chen, vice president of GAC Group and chairman of GAC International, and Jasmmine Wong, CEO of Jameel Motors, joined the guests.

There are currently three more dealerships set to open soon with the brand in the East Midlands.
