A dealership ended up with more cars than they bargained for when a driver crashed their vehicle and landed on top of their stock.
The crash took place at around 3pm on Monday, July 27, at Listers Seat and Cupra showroom on Ombersley Road, when a Seat Ibiza and a motorbike collided.
The Seat driver ended up with her Ibiza on top of a parked Cupra, leaving her shaken and trapped in the vehicle for some time, according to the Worcester News.
According to reports, there were ‘massive bangs’ before the driver hit a low wall and ended up on the roof of the Cupra. Hitting the wall lifted up the front of the car and this allowed it to drive onto the other vehicles on the forecourt.
Emergency services were called to the dealership and the driver was rescued from her car.
A commenter on Facebook added that when the driver had pulled out of the road and hit the motorbike, they were sent flying down the road.
The rider was left with minor injuries and the motorbike was also seen to be damaged.
West Mercia Police told the Worcester News that they were called to the scene ‘at around 3.02pm today (Monday 27 July) to reports of a collision on Ombersley Road in Worcester’.
West Midlands Ambulance Service added that they were called to a road traffic collision at 2.25pm and dispatched ‘two ambulances, a paramedic officer and the Midlands Air Ambulance to the scene’.
Car Dealer has contacted Listers Seat for comment.
