Hedin Automotive has announced two directors have resigned from their positions.

The changes were made public on the Companies House website with Trevor Finn and Klaus Moth Kibsgaard both terminated as directors on June 30.

Trevor Finn previously headed up Pendragon but also works on the boards of companies around the world.

Finn was terminated last year but reinstated on the same day.

Kibsgaard had been a Hedin Automotive director since 2023 and was also removed as a director last week.

The directors have both been terminated from the Hedin Automotive and Hedin Automotive London companies on the same day.

This leaves Anders Hedin, Hampus Hedin and Richard Ennis as directors of both companies, and Peter Williams as a director of Hedin Automotive London.

Car Dealer contacted Hedin for a comment but had not received a response at the time of publication.
