Waylands has announced plans to open a new Polestar dealership in Newbury as it looks to expand its growing partnership with the Swedish brand.
The retailer says the new state-of-the-art facility has been designed around Polestar’s signature retail concept and will showcase the brand’s full electric model range.
While no opening date has yet been confirmed, bosses say the site marks an an ‘exciting next step’ in Waylands’ relationship with Polestar.
As well as new stock, the dealership will also offer an extensive selection of second-hand Polestar models, as well as dedicated servicing and maintenance.
Announcing the news, John O’Hanlon, CEO of Waylands, said: ‘We have built a really strong relationship with Polestar, and this new space in Newbury is an exciting next step.
‘It gives us the opportunity to present the brand in a way that truly does it justice; thoughtful, progressive and unmistakably premium.”

The Newbury site joins Waylands’ existing Polestar spaces in Bicester and Bristol, while the firm also represents sister brand Volvo at seven sites across the country.
