Luxury car dealer Clive Sutton has been awarded the Corvette franchise for London.
The high-end retailer has been appointed to sell the American marque in the capital in a move aimed at expanding the brand’s presence in the UK.
As part of the deal, the dealer will open a dedicated General Motors showroom at Staples Corner in north-west London, where Corvettes will be sold alongside other specialist vehicles including SUVs and trucks from Cadillac and Chevrolet.
It is hoped that the new site will be ready to welcome customers before the summer is over but buyers can already order new models online, using the he new Clive Sutton Corvette configurator.
Confirming the appointment, Jean-Pierre Diernaz, MD and CMO General Motors Europe, said: ‘London is one of the world’s great cities for performance cars and car culture, so it feels like a natural place for Corvette to grow its presence in the UK.
‘With Clive Sutton, more customers will have the chance to discover what makes Corvette so special – bold design, everyday usability and impressive performance.’
As well as new car sales, Clive Sutton will offer Corvette servicing, parts and aftersales support.
