Fiat’s new man

f_5645FIAT Group Automobiles UK Ltd has announced the appointment of Jon Wakefield to the role of sales director.

Wakefield will take over the responsibility of developing sales of new cars across the Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands, and will report to managing director Andrew Humberstone.

Fiat Group say Wakefield brings with him a ‘unique combination’ of dealer and manufacturer experience gained during 20 years in the automotive industry.


Wakefield says: ‘I am looking forward to working with our dealer partners to ensure that we meet our mutual business objectives. There is much potential in the Fiat and Alfa Romeo brands which together I am confident we can realise.’
