Snows Motor Group is continuing to expand with BYD as it opens two brand new dealerships.

Its other BYD outlets are in Basingstoke, Newbury, Chichester and Southampton, with the two new dealerships taking Snows’ BYD representation to six sites.

Nick Humphries, general manager at Snows, said: ‘We’re delighted to progress our expansion with BYD, a manufacturer that has quickly made inroads in the UK and has positioned itself perfectly to help our customers begin or continue their electric motoring adventures.

‘BYD produces exceptional vehicles, each of which delivers fantastic performance with a surprisingly small price-tag. With a BYD vehicle, our customers are guaranteed incredible value for money.’

Humphries added: ‘The four Snows BYD dealerships that we initially opened have proven incredibly popular, and I’m sure that will be the case in Waterlooville and Honiton as well.’

BYD achieved record-breaking UK sales in 2025, notching up 51,422 vehicle registrations to become the sixth best-selling brand.

Its model line-up is expanding all the time – just last week, BYD announced the Sealion 5 DM-i as its ninth model for UK and confirmed pricing and specification.

Qualified technicians are on hand at all six Snows BYD dealerships to provide comprehensive, affordable aftersales care, including servicing, repairs and MOTs.
