Evolution Funding Group has completed a ‘hugely exciting’ deal to acquire Automotive Compliance in a move which will offer car dealers ‘new opportunities to grow and innovate’.
Evolution has agreed an undisclosed fee for the provider of compliance services and systems and the transaction is now subject to regulatory approval.
Once the deal is rubber stamped, Automotive Compliance continue to operate as a standalone entity within the group, in order to assure a smooth transition for customers.
The business supports a wide range of dealerships with regulatory oversight, governance frameworks and compliance technology, and is recognised for its strong brand, specialist expertise and comprehensive compliance solutions.
Bosses say that joining Evolution marks an ‘important milestone’ in the company’s journey, providing the ‘scale, investment and capability required to strengthen and expand the services delivered to dealers’.
Evolution already offers retailers brokered motor finance, direct-to-lender capability and dealer commerce systems, largely through its ownership of Click Dealer.
The group is now planning to plough significant investment into Automotive Compliance in order to advance its systems and broaden its service.
