VOLKSWAGEN’S top-performing dealers in the UK have been to Germany, to be awarded for their performance in customer satisfaction and aftersales.
10 UK retailers were selected from 100 aftersales businesses across Europe.
Three small, three medium and three large retailers joined one stand-alone authorised repairer on the plane to Wolfsburg, for their performance in the Customer Experience Management survey.
This rated customer service and first-time fix, combining it with sales and profit criteria to find the top performers.
And if you’re a VW dealer who’s missed out, fear not. These are annual awards, and clearly important to VW UK. Head of customer services and aftersales, Alison Jones, said: ‘We’re really proud of the 10 retailers who have been selected to go to Wolfsburg, and congratulate them for their hard work. We’re also delighted that customer service is being given the attention it deserves on an international basis.’
