The Car Dealer team has published a Christmas special podcast to celebrate the end of a busy year in the motor trade.
Hosted by Car Dealer editor-in-chief James Baggott, the festive treat saw him step into the role of quizmaster.
The podcast YouTube video is available to view at the top of this story while the audio version is out not on Spotify, Apple Podcasts and all good podcasting platforms.
For the festive edition, Baggott was joined by regular contributors Jon Reay and James Batchelor, alongside Rebecca Chaplin and Clever Car Collection’s Joe Wallington.
The contestants first picked the story from the Car Dealer world from 2025 which they thought was the most important, running down the details and why.
At the end, the podcasters chose which story they think was the most important.
After that, Baggott placed his Christmas quiz master hat on (there was no hat) to see who had been paying the most attention throughout the year.
The quiz focussed on Car Dealer’s biggest exclusives and most-read stories, with questions covering the Car Dealer Top 100 profits, used car values, Jaguar Land Rover’s cyber attack shutdown and major recalls.
