Coaching survey launched

Time 9:27 pm, April 21, 2011

dealer-recruitment-spend-shortfallAmkon Training Services Ltd and Motorecruit Ltd have put together a survey and want to hear dealers’ views.

Amkon, the automotive training and coaching specialist, and Motorecruit Ltd, the motor trade recruiter, are keen to gain dealers’ input into a survey on personal performance coaching within the motor trade.

Your contribution will help create a valuable insight into automotive employees’ experiences of professional coaching as well as your attitude towards coaching as a tool to success.

It’s a really interesting subject – coaching is often described as being key to success in many professions, but what about within the automotive sector? Is this an area we could improve upon or is it something that our industry simply ignores? Do you, as an automotive professional think that you would perform better if you were provided professional coaching?

Coaching is an activity carried out on a 1-2-1 basis, as it is all about developing you personally and your skills. Coaching is performed in this intimate way as every individual is unique, we all have different experience, opinions, strengths and weaknesses. Therefore coaching techniques ensure individual potential is best fulfilled by taking personal steps on your own unique path.

In return for your time your details will be entered into a draw to receive an invaluable 1-2-1 coaching session with Amkon Training Services.
