f176fdf3-3f89-4022-a84d-47e442f37d5fFORD has extended its BlueService package to fleet customers.

Ford BlueService for Fleet – which is on offer to companies with a fleet of 25 or more – offers convenience and professional support at competitive prices, which includes while-you-wait servicing and free Wi-Fi access. The collection and delivery of vehicles can also be arranged.

The Fleet programme also includes a maximum booking lead-time of three days for service work. Furthermore, large fleets using Ford’s online booking system through ‘1link’ are guaranteed a response within 20 minutes.

Fleet managers will benefit from the comprehensive Ford Fleet National Pricing programme, which details service costs, the added reassurance of various programmes designed to simplify fleet operation, such as Ford Fleet Accident Management, and support from Ford’s Fleet Service Centre.

Ford BlueService for Fleet is another step towards the transformation of Ford’s aftersales experience across its dealer network. It follows the introduction of Ford BlueService and Motorcraft 4+, for new and used vehicles, respectively, and Transit24, designed to provide fast and consistent aftersales services to fleet-based commercial vehicle customers.

Jon Wellsman, director, Ford Customer Service Division, said: ‘The Ford BlueService for Fleet programme is a major advance towards Ford’s long-term goal of transforming the customer aftersales service. This includes all drivers of Ford vehicles, both private and business.

‘BlueService for Fleet is designed provide the highest quality service, in the shortest possible time, at the lowest possible price.’
