HR Owen says it will ‘fully integrate’ Hadley Green into its existing Bentley businesses and management structure, which include Jack Barclay, Bentley Surrey, Bentley Berkshire and Bentley Cheltenham.

Paul Westaway, divisional director for Bentley, said: ‘I am delighted with this next step in the group’s growth plans. Hadley Green will improve our presence in North London and surrounding areas.

‘We’re pleased to welcome the Hadley Green team and customers into the HR Owen family and look forward to offering them all the benefits of a group focussed on delivering the best possible experience for the discerning car owner.’
