Nissan’s new aftersales director will drive quality and strengthen operations

NISSAN has announced the appointment of Chris Marsh as UK aftersales director.

Marsh has held a variety of senior marketing, sales operations and dealer network development roles at Nissan and, with a strong aftersales background, he brings a wealth of industry experience and knowledge to the role.

He said: ‘Nissan has seen significant and consistent growth in sales and vehicle parc over the last five years which presents a huge aftermarket opportunity for the network. I look forward to developing this further and driving dealer profitability, whilst also ensuring we provide the highest level of service to our customers.’


Alex Smith, managing director of Nissan Motor (GB) Ltd, added: ‘Chris is a highly experienced member of the senior Nissan management team with a strong aftersales background.

‘I’m delighted that he will be heading up the aftersales team to drive quality, strengthen operations and increase revenues.’
