New sales and marketing director joins NextGear Capital

Time 10:47 am, December 4, 2015

NEXTGEAR Capital has appointed Pamela Halliday as its new sales and marketing director.

With a wealth of motor industry experience across Europe and the UK, Halliday joins the business having previously worked with White Clarke.

Her role in leading the sales and marketing activities coincides with NextGear Capital’s move into the Irish market, planned acceleration into the franchised market, the launch of its new StockMaster operating platform, and a new focus upon developing consultative partnerships with industry players right across the remarketing cycle.

Halliday said: ‘The role and business culture are a great fit: the retail and remarketing motor industry, technology, a thirst for innovation and a true focus on the customers, reflect my beliefs and experience.’

NextGear Capital managing director David Mercer said: ‘These are exciting times at NextGear Capital as we enter our third year.

‘Adding Pamela with her experience and enthusiasm to our leadership team is integral to our plans to drive our sales and marketing activities forward to a new level. We are delighted to have her on board.’

Halliday’s background prior to joining NextGear Capital saw her fulfil senior roles at White Clarke Group, Arval and GE Commercial Finance.
