New tool from Click Dealer gives access to dozens of online review platforms

AUTOMOTIVE software company Click Dealer has launched a new online tool that means dealers can tap into the power of up to 88 online review platforms automatically.

The new device is called Click Reputation, and managing director Gerry Moxham, pictured, said: ‘I know dealers recognise the potential and risks associated with online reviews; what they often lack is the time and sometimes skills to find and harvest or manage them.

‘So, we have built the perfect tool and, pleasingly for us, dealers are saying nice things about it.’


These days, reviews tend to be scattered across the internet on different platforms and websites, which means a dealer’s brand authority and reputation can be diluted.

The all-new Click Reputation tool from Click Dealer automatically collates, monitors and displays all of a dealer’s online reviews from up to 88 sources on one page on their website, giving dealers awareness and complete control of their online reputation.

Click Reputation is an optional bolt-on feature within the business’s Dealer Management System.

As well as monitoring reviews, Click Reputation helps generate them. It is set up to prompt customers to review their dealership online at set times, such as directly after a sale or even weeks down the line, removing the time and effort required for dealers to chase their customers for reviews.


Moxham said: ‘We have built a reputation for creating smart, agile and affordable tools for the used car dealer market.

‘We understand the importance of a great reputation because we have been well-served by ours. Now, we want to help dealers to build theirs further across the digital marketplace and I’m pleased to say that I think we have hit a sweet spot.’
