Cazoo has appointed former Motorway executive Brook Bishop as its new chief commercial officer as used car marketplace continues to establish its top team.
Bishop joins the firm having previously served as Motorway’s was head of commercial growth and transformation, where he a key part of launching and building the business.
He will add key experience to the Cazoo leadership, having also spent time as chief growth officer at Heycar and as a strategy manager at Volkswagen Financial Services.
In his new role, Bishop will oversee revenue, commercial operations and partnerships, while working closely with dealer partners to deliver increased value and satisfaction.
Commenting on the new appointment, Cazoo chief executive Barry Judge said: ‘Brook joins Cazoo at a decisive stage in our mission to disrupt the sector by providing car buyers and dealers with a credible alternative to the market leader.
‘Having spent a decade in the automotive sector, gaining exceptional senior level marketplace and start-up experience, Brook is ideally placed to work with our dealer partners to drive more value as we accelerate our fast growth ambitions.’
The appointment is the third senior leadership change announced by Cazoo since it rebranded from Motors earlier this year.
It follows Thomas Orthgiess’s appointment as chief product officer and Lucy Tugby’s promotion to to chief marketing officer.
