Nissan GB names former Santander Leasing exec as its new fleet director

  • Russell Forbes joins Nissan GB from Santander Leasing
  • Forbes has over 20 years experience in the motor industry
  • He officially begins on February 16, taking over from Bryan Curtis, who is retiring

Russell Forbes has been appointed as Nissan GB’s new fleet director.

Starting next month, Forbes will bring more than 20 years of automotive industry experience to his new role. He has a strong background across the retail, OEM, fleet and financial services sectors.

His motor industry career includes senior retail leadership roles at dealer principal level, in addition to regional and national roles at Nissan GB and Audi UK covering new and used cars and fleet.

Forbes will join Nissan after stepping down from his position as sales director at Santander Leasing.

He will begin his Nissan fleet director role officially on February 16, and takes over from Bryan Curtis, who is retiring.
