CITNOW has bolstered its senior management team with the hiring of Stephen Bateson and Pam Cameron.
Bateson, pictured above, brings twenty-three years of experience in the industry to his role, as he heads up the newly-created client services division.
Meanwhile, Cameron will be responsible for continuing CitNOW’s growth in the UK dealer and manufacturer networks.
Both individuals were recruited by CitNOW last month, with Bateson previously holding several management positions at Peugeot and Volkswagen, and more recently acted as head of client services at TTi Global, an automotive consultancy firm.
Cameron has previously worked as business development manager at Allianz Global Assistance and an account director at Accident Exchange.
Gordon Grant, CitNOW sales director, said: ‘We are excited to have an experienced and knowledgeable expert such as Stephen joining our team. His experience working for car brands will be invaluable in making sure we cater for those customers by helping them maximise the services we provide.
‘Meanwhile, as CitNOW grows internationally and my responsibilities expand as a consequence, Pam has joined us to ensure that the sales effort in the UK continues apace.
