TRADE Plates Live will return to tradeplates.tv this afternoon at 3pm with guests from Cars of Portsmouth, Prestige Diesels and Lawgistics.
This week we’re taking a look at the success our guests have found in the world of social media. Alexis Cassey from Prestige Diesels is well-known for her rapidly-growing Twitter audience and will be talking about how she achieved that.
Giles Usher, owner of Cars of Portsmouth, will also be joining us on the show. He’ll be talking to us about his business, but he’s also recently had some wins selling cars on Facebook which he’ll be telling us more about on the show.
Legal advisor Jason Williams will be broadcasting from Lawgistics HQ to discuss when online reviews become defamation. Let us know what experience you’ve had with this or any questions you have for Williams on the subject. Have you ever had a situation where the customer left an unfair review or even a fake one?
We’ll be returning to the topics you asked us to discuss last week, including the cost of advertising and how best to promote your business. We will also be asking our panel questions taken from the audience, including, ‘Are PCP deals just duping customers into spending more money?’ and ‘Do they find guides from companies such as CAP or Glass’s influence the way they buy or does the trader know best?’
We want to hear your thoughts on these points too. If you have any other topics you’d like to see discussed, or even just comments for the show, let us know on the Car Dealer Forum.
Make sure you join us today, Tuesday April 5, at 3pm by heading to tradeplates.tv/live.
