autotorqAUTOTORQ.com’s Christmas competition managed to net £500 for the automotive charity BEN.

The automotive marketing providers raised the sum through an online Christmas competition using its latest web technology.

More than 1,700 people the Christmas calendar competition – a figure reached largely due to individuals spreading the word on social media.


autotorq.com’s managing director, Paul Gordon, said: ‘Our Christmas calendar competition was a simple and effective way to raise money for BEN, but it also showcased innovative new data capture technology that could be easily adapted to a variety of other applications, ranging from seasonal competitions to themed games for sporting events, for example.’

The technology can be used for both revenue-generating applications, for example for fundraising, as well as free-to-enter competitions, without the need for SMS charges.
