NISSAN retailer, Bristol Street Motors, has been awarded the brand’s most improved UK dealership.
The Darlington-based dealer in McMullen Road was presented with the prestigious award at the annual dealer conference in Bratislava.
Having opened just two years ago, figures show the dealership displayed significant growth and improvement across the board.
General Manager at Bristol Street Motors Nissan in Darlington, Peter Waugh, said: ‘We are absolutely thrilled to have won this award as it illustrates we are meeting our aim of constantly improving the experience we offer our customers.
‘The award recognises that we are still a relatively new dealer and that we have done very well and come a long way in a short space of time.’
He added: ‘There’s no real secret to our success – it’s just a real team effort. We have a fantastic team of professional people who want to do well, want to be here and want to look after people. It’s part of our dealership and group vision to have familiar faces every time a customer visits.’
Presenting the award, managing director of Nissan Motor GB, Jim Wright, said: ‘The continued improvement at Bristol Street Motors, Darlington has been very impressive and the dealership is fully deserving of this award.
‘Winning it has been a real team effort and every member of the team should be very proud of the contribution they have made to this success.’
